Utilising the club’s fantastic facilities to offer a range of health and fitness programmes means that we’re able to attract members of the local community, irrespective of their particular interests. 

We are already home to a number of classes such as Pump Fit, Little Kickers, Milan Fitness & Slimming World.

We also seek to provide a number other classes, these include but are not limited to:

  • Bootcamps
  • Fitness Classes
  • Train like a Pro Strength & Conditioning Classes
  • Junior Athletic Development Sessions
  • Conditioning Games
  • This Girl Can Classes

On top of these health and fitness classes, the club has also become the host and organiser of a range of health and fitness clubs made within our existing membership group. The purpose of these clubs is to both promote healthy active lifestyles as well as encouraging social interaction.

  • Walkers Club
  • Strongman Club
  • Field Sports Club
