As part of Shelford Rugby Club’s social responsibility, the club collaborates with local and national organisations to raise awareness and help ‘Tackle’ social issues, such as: 

  • Mental Health
  • Bullying
  • Discrimination
  • Racism

The ‘Tackling’ campaigns are coordinated by the club’s community team and aim to raise awareness of the associated issues as well as raise funds for local or national organisations who are trying to ‘Tackle’ these issues.

Regular talks, presentations, seminars and workshops are held within our fantastic facilities with a view to supporting those that are vulnerable to the aforementioned issues or those that regularly experience these issues directly or indirectly.
